Terms and Conditions for Thailand Halal Trip:

  1. Booking and Payment:
  • A deposit is required to secure your reservation for the Thailand Halal Trip.
  • Full payment must be made by the specified deadline prior to the departure date.
  • Payment methods accepted will be communicated upon booking.

     

    2. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to the booking agent.
  • Cancellation fees may apply, depending on the proximity of the cancellation to the departure date.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the cancellation policy outlined in the booking terms.

 

    3. Travel Documents:

  • It is the responsibility of the traveler to ensure they possess all necessary travel documents, including a valid passport and any required visas.
  • The traveler must ensure that their passport is valid for at least six months beyond the duration of the trip.

 

    4. Health and Safety:

  • Travelers are responsible for their own health and well-being during the trip.
  • It is recommended to obtain appropriate vaccinations and travel insurance prior to departure.
  • Any medical conditions or dietary requirements must be disclosed to the tour organizer in advance.

 

    5. Itinerary Changes:

  • The itinerary is subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, or other external factors.
  • The tour organizer reserves the right to modify the itinerary as necessary for the safety and comfort of the travelers.

 

    6. Accommodation and Meals:

  • Accommodation and meals provided during the trip will be halal-certified.
  • Special dietary requests should be communicated to the tour organizer at the time of booking.

 

    7. Behavior and Conduct:

  • Travelers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow travelers, tour guides, and locals.
  • Any behavior deemed disruptive or inappropriate may result in removal from the tour at the discretion of the tour organizer, with no refund provided.

 

    8. Liability:

  • The tour organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage to personal property during the trip.
  • Travelers are advised to secure their belongings and travel insurance to mitigate any potential risks.

 

    9. Force Majeure:

  • The tour organizer is not liable for any disruptions or cancellations caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government regulations.

 

  10. Dispute Resolution:

  • Any disputes arising from the Thailand Halal Trip will be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the parties involved.

 

By booking the Thailand Halal Trip, the traveler acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
